Ranch fresh eggs are collected daily and not washed. They come straight from the hen, into the egg carton and to your table. As part of the laying process, the hen covers the egg in a "Bloom" coating. The bloom protects the egg for up to 3 weeks without refrigeration at room temperature. Eggs come unwashed and will need to be washed before consuming. Keep refrigerated at or below 45°F until used.
